How BOSALBE coffee was born.
Alberto since he was a boy savored the aroma escaping from the bags of coffee for sale in the family store. He later opened his own coffee shop and later worked for several well-known coffee roasters. Always appreciated and sought after by new companies, he had the opportunity to put his experience into practice to create Bosalbe Caffè in 2010, involving his son Nicholas in the enterprise, who since he was 5 years old followed his father’s shadows in purchasing and sales at customers, also having the opportunity to get acquainted with the production departments in the various stages of coffee processing.

This assumption underlies not only our fine blends, but also the concrete and constant support offered to all those in the industry who choose Bosalbe Caffè’s products and services.
Separate roasting
At the beginning of our work, we taste the best raw coffee samples selected from the best coffee plantations.
To obtain a Quality blend, the various qualities of coffee are then roasted separately, at different times and in different ways, blended with Wisdom, and allowed to rest at the appropriate times before packaging.
A longer and more expensive process, but the end result is Bosalbe-branded Quality Exclusive Blends.
Air Cooling
In the delicate final stage of roasting, to finish roasting, instead of the water system,we use the cold air cooling system, a system that allows better and prolonged preservation of organoelectric characteristics.
Verification samples
We provide various quality controls such as visual and electronic sorting of grains and additional verification tastings to ascertain the consistency of quality and organoleptic characteristics of the product.
One-way valve
Our Blends are packaged in triple-layer packages, the first in aluminum, equipped with a one-way valve to prevent contact of the product with outside air that would oxidize the product and guarantee the Quality of Bosalbe’s Precious Blends.
