THE MIXTURE.
Composed of the finest natural and washed Arabica coffees and the best washed and natural Robusta coffees from Asia, it represents the perfect and balanced blend of sweetness and body. A skilful touch of washed African Arabicas make it especially fragrant and give it a particularly lingering chocolatey aftertaste. The scrupulous choice of raw material combined with the medium/intense degree of roasting allows it to enhance its sweetness and elegance while making it extremely full-bodied.
SENSORY PROFILE
The appearance of the cream is hazelnut, with the presence of light streaks, associated with mahogany-colored shading. Good persistence with abundant texture. The aroma is rich and elegant, with hints of chocolate and floral that blend with the toasty scent typical of fragrant bread. The flavors are balanced, the body is definitely high. The aftertaste is satisfying with full, velvety sensations sometimes reminiscent of chocolate.
