SENSORY PROFILE

The cream is deep hazelnut in color, with darker highlights, sometimes tending toward mahogany. Good persistence and extremely high consistency. The balance of flavors is good, the body definitely high. The aftertaste is particularly persistent, full and syrupy, with sweetish undertones that can sometimes remind one of bitter cocoa.
