Cafeteria and Latte Art

It is a project born out of the needs to increase the product offered, increasing skills and professionalism of the barista in the coffee shop.
Professional course with industry masters; divided into 3 levels. Techniques of whipping and pouring milk, aimed at creating the design in the cup.

BASIC – 1st level

  • Setting the handles: cup and milk jug.
  • Pouring into the cup: the 3-element heart and tulip.

INTERMEDIATE – 2nd level (Course aimed at obtaining white and orange Latte Art Grading System certification).

  • The rosette and tulip with more than 3 elements.
  • The 3-element espresso cup tulip.
  • Perfect symmetry.

ADVANCED – 3rd level (Course aimed at obtaining white and orange Latte Art Grading System certification).

  • Reverse.
  • The more than 3-element espresso tulip.
